All 1:1 sessions included with your purchase (if applicable) must be scheduled and used within six (6) months of purchase, unused sessions will expire without refund or credit.

If you request a refund within the applicable refund window (14 days for Ascension Awakening™, 7 days for Tarot Mastery™), all access to course materials and community features will be revoked immediately upon processing.

If you upgrade from the Essentials to the Elite version, your payment plan will be adjusted accordingly. Outstanding payments on your original plan will be reconciled with the new Elite payment terms. Access to Elite materials and benefits will be granted upon receipt of payment.

Upon upgrading, your 14-day refund window resets starting from the upgrade purchase date. The upgrade offer is only available within 48 hours of your original Essentials purchase. After this window, the upgrade option expires and refund windows will not reset.

All other terms, including refund windows and access revocation, remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Georgia under the American Arbitration Association rules.

Each party bears its own costs and attorney’s fees unless otherwise awarded. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Georgia for disputes not subject to arbitration.
